Each property is different when it comes to maintenance needs, more often than not, your plan will be different than your neighbors! Our Maintenance services consist of a few main services:
Spring Cleanup
Spring comes flying in and your property has all the remnants that the Indiana winters bring; weeds, leaves, twigs, and branches all left behind by Mother Nature. Our spring cleanup is the first visit for your property, typically in late March or April. Here we begin to revamp your property in preparation for spring and before mulch touch-ups. We also apply our first layer of Pre-Emergent treatments to your property to get a base layer before the airborne seeds from neighboring weeds have a chance to germinate. Another feature is cleaning up perennials and grasses that need cut back to ensure proper blooming.
Mulch Maintenance
Mulch is by far the best and most cost effective bedding material for suppressing weeds and enhancing your landscaping, the downside, the color fades from year to year. Also, since it is a natural substance, it goes through a standard decomposition phase as well. Our mulching service applies a general touch up layer allowing you to have perfect color in your landscaping for the next year! This service is often paired with Spring Cleanups to ensure proper cleanup is done right before mulch hits the beds.
Pruning Services
Pruning often has the most variables than most maintenance services we offer, so much is dependent on the blooming times of your current landscape plants, their current age, and overall health. During the initial meeting our team will analyze all the plants in your landscaping to determine the proper gameplan for your pruning needs.
Fall Cleanup
The long summer days and cool nights eventually tapper off into the cold brisk days of fall, which means winter is coming! That also means leaves everywhere, which is a daunting and sometimes repeated task for homeowners. Our fall cleanup service gets your yard and landscaping ready for the winter months by removing leaves, debris, and cutting back the proper plants. This service can be repeated as many times as needed as well!
Seasonal Services
One of our favorite seasonal programs we offer is our Landscape Fertilizing Program!
Our program consists of 2 visits to your property to fertilize all landscape trees, shrubs, perennials, and shrubs; applications are performed in the spring and fall when cooler temps allow the best absorption of the fertilizers.
