Single bed designs come with:

• 3-D renderings so you can see the vison brought to life.
• 2-D layout of the entire design with chart of plant materials, boulders, edging, pavers, etc.
• Full price sheet (DIY and through installation with GTJ).
• 1 revision

If you pursue a project with GTJ, design fee will be applied as a credit towards project.

Process:

1. Purchase plan from GTJ Designs Store.
2. You will receive a call from our team to set up initial appointment at your property to begin the design.
3. Our design team will begin the process of obtaining measurements, slope, obstacles, etc. to begin design.
4. Designs will take approx. 1 week to complete based off size of project.
5. First renderings will be sent over or meeting will be set up to discuss the plan.
6. Revision (if needed) will take place following meeting, expect 2-3 day turn around.
7. Once decided, you will be free to begin DIY or book project with GTJ Designs.
